4th Batch Centralized Teachers Training

The 4th Batch Centralized Teachers Training was held at Corporation High School, Anuparpalayam between 10.10.12 and 12.10.12. Topics from Pedagogy like Brain Based Learning, Collaborative Learning, and Multiple Intelligence and from Technology Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet were trained. 32 teachers participated in the training.  

 

Centralized Headmasters/Headmistress Training

As a part of the program, one day training for the school Headmasters and Headmistresses has been organized in Corporation High School, Anuparpalayam on 28.09.2012. The training was inaugurated by the Commissioner of Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Shri. T.K.Ponnusamy I.A.S.,

  The school Heads trained on various topics like Internet, MS.Excel and Word. Focused more on Internet topics like E-mail Id Creation, Composing mail, surfing of various educational websites, Uploading files and downloading attachment as they use internet for their official communications. This training would make the HMs to use internet individually, comfortably without any others Support.

Hindu Reporter's DE Schools Visit

The Hindu Reporter Mr.Karthik Madhavan visited DE Schools (Corp.Hr.Sec.School,Rathinapauri, and Corp.hr.Sec.School.Ranganathapuram) on  08-09.2012 with Zonal Coordinator Mr. Alexander to know about how the DE programme training is useful to the teachers and the students. In Corp.Hr.Sec.School,Rathinapuri, he observed teacher’s teaching methodology using technology in the class room level,Mrs.Rajani Radhika presented their  Project “ Primary Activities” to the 8^th std students. He interacted with the students and teachers for more than 1.45 Hrs. And he interacted with the students and teachers of Corp.Hr.Sec.School,Ranganathapuram.

Teacher's Day Celebration

    The teacher's day was conducted on “what do DE students think about their teacher and the perception of teacher’s Day”,the students best write up  was presented in all schools assembly on 05-09-2012, In Corporation S.R.P.Ammaniammal Girls Hr.Sec.School ,the Deputy Commissioner Mr.Sivarasu, the CEO Mrs.Vasantha and the Zonal Coordinator Mr.Alexander participated in the teacher’s day celebration(the school belonging to Training Coordinator Ms.Malathi). The students best write up was presented in the assembly,the Deputy Commissioner gave the prizes.

3rd Batch Centralized Teachers Training

   On 03.09.12,04.09.12 and  06.09.12  3^rd batch   Centralized Teachers Training was held at  CHS,Annuparpalayam .The topics  covered from Pedagogy    ( Brain Based Learning , Collaborative  Learning  and Multiple Intelligence) from Technology  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet). 33  teachers  were participated in the training. 

 

Formation of IT Club

   IT Club was started in five schools,Corporation High School-K.K.Pudur, Corporation High School-Anuparpalayam, Corporation High School- Maniyakarapalayam, Corporation Girls Higher Secondary School-Ranganathapuram, Corporation SRP.Ammaniammal Girls Higher Secondary School-R.S.Puram. In the IT club, the School HM was selected as President, A.HM as Vice President, Computer teacher/instructor as a Secretary and Student Master Trainers as members of IT Club.
