STiR Orientation

STiR orientation was given by Mr.V.Alexander RC of TN on 27.08.2014 at Corporation High School,Anupparpalayam for 26 Teachers.

DST Workshop:

To enhance the students’ skills a special workshop was conducted in Corporation High School, Anupparpalayam on 22-08-2014 from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. How to make a short film or documentary film and they gave the procedure to the students in story writing, Character analyzing, screen play, Angle setting, Dialogue writing, Editing, Background Music, Cinematography.

And also they gave the students to take part in story discussion and acting. At last the students were given good story and screen play for their own concept in best way as they planned.

IT Workshop for School Heads:

A training programme on Information Technology was conducted at Corporation High School, Anupparpalayam from 19-08-2014 to 21-08-2014 for the Headmasters of all the 83 Coimbatore Corporation schools. The training focused on use of Internet, MS. Excel, and MS.Word. The Headmasters were taught basics such as creating e-mail identities, composing emails, surfing educational websites, uploading files and downloading attachment for official communications. Other topics include creating formats and using MS-Excel for administration works, using word documents for circular. Session on using Microsoft Excel to prepare school statistics would also be held besides sessions on using MS Word for creating tables. The Headmasters of 42 elementary schools, 14 middle schools, 11 high schools and 16 higher secondary Schools took part.

3 Terms Edukit Projects were evaluated by the Subject Resource Teachers( SRT ) team on 18.08.2014 at DE Office, Gandhipuram from 9.30 am to 05.15 pm which was prepared by Training Coordinators for the classes of 6 thro 10.
