STIR official visit in Coimbatore

STiR has partnered with AIF to create a strong teacher network among teachers of various schools in Coimbatore. In the first phase, they had collected Micro Innovations (creative ideas) implemented by teachers in the classrooms. Mr. Divesh Kumar from STiR, Delhi, visited 6 Corporation schools in a span of two days (November 18th and 19th). Teachers showcased the micro innovations that they executed in their classrooms. Mr.Divesh spoke to them about the subsequent plans and how teachers can now borrow micro innovations from another teacher’s classroom and implement it in theirs and share the experience. This, he believed, will enable the teachers to cultivate a growth mindset.

On November 18th, Mr. Divesh visited AIF Coimbatore office and interacted with all the Training Coordinators, discussed next steps and addressed questions.
