7th Batch Centralized Teachers Training

 The 7^th Batch Centralized Teachers Training was held at Corporation High School,Anuparpalayam between 05-12-2012 and 07-12-12. Topics from Technology Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet were trained. 30 teachers participated in the training. 

Training Coordinators Inter-school Visits

        The Training Coordinators had an inter-school visit on 3^rd  and 4^th  of December for quality analysis of DE Programme with check list. They interacted with School Head,Teachers and Students about the training,implementation and its impact.

In the 2^nd  term H.Ms review meeting held on 30-11-2012 during the meeting the students Divya, Roshma, Kaviya Sri  of 7th Std from Corporation Girls Hr.Sec.School,Oppanakara Street interacted with the Commissioner Shri.T.K.Ponnusamy I.A.S., and explained their project on "Electricity" from Science through Skype Call.

2nd Term H.Ms review Meeting

        2^nd Term H.Ms Review meeting was conducted on 30-11-2012 by the Commissioner Shri.T.K.Ponnusamy I.A.S., Deputy Commissioner Mr.Sivarasu, Corporation Educational Officer Mrs.Vasantha, DE  Zonal Coordinator Mr.Alexander,all DE School Heads and AIF coordinators .

       The review meeting was regarding the training status of teachers and students, centralized workshops and future plans. The Zonal Coordinator Mr.Alexander presented the report for September to November and had discussion about the report.

      During the review meeting the teachers and the students showcased their best projects and there was a Skype call between the Commissioner and the Students from Corp. Girls Hr.Sec. School,Oppanakara Street and shared their projects.

2nd Term Projects DVDs Release

      The  DVD containing Digital Content prepared by Teachers and subject wise projects created by the Students    from September to November 2012 and also a separate DVD containing projects for the class of 10th  prepared by AIF Training Coordinators for the month of October and November. 

The Projects DVDs were released by the Commissioner Shri.T.K.Ponnusamy I.A.S., on 30-11-2012 in the Conference Hall at CMC in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Mr.Sivarasu,Corporation Educational Officer Mrs.Vasantha,DE Zonal Coordinator Mr.Alexander,all  HMs and TCs.

SRT Team - Projects Evaluation

     Subject Resource Teachers Team has evaluated Students and 10th Std Edukit Projects for the month of October and November on 28-11-2012 at Conference Hall,Main Office between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm in the presence of Deputy Commissioner and Corporation Educational Officer.

Subject Resource Teachers (SRT) Team

      Fifteen Subject Resource Teachers (SRT) team have been selected to check the next month's portions. Three SRT and one training coordinator are selected on 28-11-2012 for each subject. They will assemble every month   assess the subject and guide the students in creating Projects.They also evaluate the previous month's projects and choose the best that will be presented at the next session of the Headmasters/Headmistress review meeting.

6th Batch Centralized Teachers Training

  The 6^th Batch Centralized Teachers Training was held at Corporation Hr.Sec.School,North Coimbatore between 21.11.12 and 23.11.12. Topics from Pedagogy like Brain Based Learning, Collaborative Learning and Multiple Intelligence and from Technology Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet were trained. 33 teachers participated in the training.
